As a young woman, I had always enjoyed being in the kitchen with my mother and learned a lot from her.  As a result I continued to cook and the product of that was Evans Eatery.  I realized the joy and satisfaction my friends felt when they enjoyed a plate of my food.

Our generation has gotten so used to ordering takeout and various fast foods that they’ve begun to forget the fulfilling treat that is a homemade meal.

Our business is a “more bang for your buck” kind of business.  We offer budget friendly platters that could last up to two or three days depending on your eating habits.
